Mask No.2 This character (prop) was produced using simple but time consuming method of paper mache. A very playful and messy technique usually found in a primary school art class or in my experience, making piƱatas with my mother. as my base I used a balloon that when blown up was larger than my head in order for it to fit over the majority of head sizes (if there is such thing). then cam the fun part, spray painting! I went for a rather obnoxious orange as I felt it resembles something alarming you can't ignore, much like the anxiety riven voices in our poor minds. Manchild wearing mask No.2 key aim of this photo was to prove the mask does indeed fit comfortable on a head situated on the larger side of the head size spectrum.

sketched draft to start with (for the masks) Adding colour and text with relevance to anxieties related to the umbrella worries of our society at this standing moment in time. poking fun at these conceptions, turning them into fictional monsters that follow you that intend to threaten and haunt you if you proceed to ignore their social and economic standers. You must NOT forget the bag for life or you shall feel their presence, pushing down on your soul and feeding the anxious devil burrowing in your brain!
